A way inward

Preparing you to receive a blessing through breath practice and mindfulness.


May your internal bell ring and invite you to meditation.



I invite you to notice where are you right now, amidst all your thoughts, 


feelings, to-dos and judgements.


Inviting you to lower your gaze or close your eyes,


Inviting if possible to take an inhale through the nose, hold for a few seconds the breath inside,


And exhale a longer stretch,


On the next exhale letting out a sigh whatever comes out,


Lets share an exhale together,


We share a breath together



Notice where your mind might be wondering too and 


gently without criticism come back to your breath.



As it is written in the Hebrew bible, in Genesis 2:7 


“ויפח באפיו נשמת חיים”


“God infused life in human being through the breath”, 


God personally enlivened a soul of life into man,



So once we notice our breath, we can notice the life force within us, the creative force, 


Your breath is always there to support you, to hold you,


Notice where your mind might be wandering too,


and notice what else is true right here and now.
