Have you ever caught yourself walking slower throughout the day?

I rediscovered the art of walking during my 90-day retreat at Plum Village in Thenac, France, where I practiced walking meditation daily in the serene forest surroundings. This practice not only calmed my mind but also allowed me to fully immerse myself in the present moment, noticing the gentle breeze, butterflies, sweet scents of flowers, and birds singing around me. By paying attention to my footsteps and surroundings, I cultivated a deeper sense of connection to nature and myself. The combination of physical movement and mindfulness helped reduce stress, improve focus, and regulate my emotions. Let's walk mindfully together on your professional journey to balance work and life. I'm offering 40-minute complimentary work-life coaching sessions for the next two weeks, combining professional development skills with mindfulness practices to foster sustainable balance and well-being. Reduced and sliding scale prices are available for continued sessions. Feel free to send me a PM or connect through my website
