How do you embrace impermanence in your work-life balance?

As an entrepreneur juggling multiple work models, I've explored and anchored myself in work-life balance methods.I am constantly learning to recognize my limits and set boundaries to protect my time and energy, so I can sharpen the goals of the day. Yet, meditation teaches me it's not all about me, but rather it's about me being part of an 'us' - a world full of air, smells, sights, and beauty. Once I notice and zoom out from my own goal-oriented day, then I can actually have the spaciousness of mind to see my life and my day-to-day things in a new light.

How is it for you?

With over 10 years of contemplative practices expereinces, and having spent over 100 days at Plum Village Zen Monastery in France for mindfulness training, I would love to offer guidance on integrating holistic approaches like somatic practices, meditation, and embodied practices to help you harmonize with life's constant changes.

In the Hebrew Bible and in the Hebrew language, the verb 'to breathe' has the same root as 'soul.' How do you receive your breath, your soulful moment, without taking it for granted?

The breath/soulful moment is always there, supporting you unconditionally, whether you notice it or not.

For more information, feel free to contact me directly for a complimentary consultation.

It would be my honor to support your professional and holistic growth.
